What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with routine daily care needs, including personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, transferring, and mobility assistance
- Support resident comfort and safety by creating a respectful, calm environment that honors personal preferences and independence
- Monitor resident well‑being, record care activities, and report changes or concerns to nursing staff and care team members
- Provide additional attention to residents requiring higher levels of support, offering reassurance, patience, and meaningful engagement to promote emotional well‑being
What You Need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Relevant caregiving experience preferred
- Must speak fluent English
