Key Responsibilities
Billing & Invoice Processing
- Generate and process invoices accurately and on time.
- Review billing data for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Ensure proper application of pricing, discounts, and taxes.
- Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and identifying errors.
- Maintain and update billing records in the system.
- Support the preparation of billing reports and statements.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing issues.
- Work closely with internal departments, such as finance and sales, to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Provide documentation and support for audits as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Follow standard operating procedures for billing activities.
- High school diploma or associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, billing software, and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with high-volume billing processes.
