What are the responsibilities and job description for the Battery Test Engineers position at Saft?
We are looking for Battery Test Engineers to join our team in Cockeysville, Maryland. Our manufacturing facility in Maryland produces batteries (Lithium Ion, etc.) that power Defense and Space applications. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, but other degrees may be acceptable. Candidates must be US Citizens or 10-yr Green Card Holders. Our engineers are responsible for writing test plans and creating test cases, designing performance tests and conducting quality checks. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, as this position is customer-facing. Desired candidates will also have a solid technical writing background, within the scope of test engineering.
