Duties and Responsibilities:
The starting pay range for this position is $130,000 - 146,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage design installation and development processes from program inception to product delivery
- Prepare and analyze data to understand program progress and financial contributions
- Understand programs' cost justification, recommend priorities and generate schedules
- Drive project schedule and adjust execution strategies for on-time delivery
- Daily management of programs and proactively identify areas of opportunities and risks
- Represent the company in customer meetings and provide management with insights
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 10 of experience in a program or project management role
- 5 years of experience managing and delivering complex programs within the aerospace industry
- 5 years of experience in a Senior (or above) program management role with demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Experience with the delivery and management of products and services
- Experience with fostering strong relationships with external customers
- Experience with project management scheduling, and delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional groups
