* Perform detailed mechanical calculations and analytical analyses in line with the customer requirements and schedule.
* Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) including static and fatigue analysis to support product development and validation.
* Collaborate closely with design engineers throughout the iterative design process to optimize product performance and efficiency.
* Develop and document comprehensive technical notes and reports summarizing analysis methods, assumptions, and results.
* Present technical analysis findings and support discussions with customers or stakeholders as required.
* Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant industry standards and technical specifications.
* Contribute to research/ technology and innovation projects when possible
* Occasional trip to suppliers, factories, and aircraft manufacturers in the US, France, and abroad are to be expected
You will join a team of 12 persons composed of design engineers and stress engineers.
As soon as you arrive, on-boarding will allow you to understand the products and the internal processes.

ITAR Controlled Position: Role requires U.S. citizenship/permanent residency
Experience/Education:
* Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Professional previous experience (at least 3 years)
. Strong understanding of fatigue analysis principles and static load assessments, damage tolerance, and strength of materials (RDM).
* Proven experience in mechanical stress analysis, both analytical and FEA-based
* Proficiency with FEA software tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran).
* Finite Element Analysis (FEA): Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, or similar).
* CAD software: Experience with design tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or equivalent.
* Technical documentation: Skills in drafting reports and justification documents to meet certification requirements.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes (forged, cast, machined, heat-treated components).
