This position contributes to our vision by:
Assist in preparing internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
Supporting coordination of company events and employee engagement activities.
Helping maintain internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, video monitors, text alerts).
Supporting team efforts on campaigns, including gathering information, proofreading content, and coordinating distribution.
Assisting with employee surveys and reporting results to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree required
• Additionally a minimum 2 years of experience within a professional communications role required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred).
