Position Summary
We are currently looking for an Operations Analyst to support Securities Operations and focus on client relationships and end-to-end trade lifecycle including middle and back-office support across products such as Asset Backed, preferred, equity linked options.
Requirements
- Hands on experience with brokerage back-office functions such as Corporate Actions, Income Processing, Margin, Settlements (Foreign/Domestic)
- Cost Basis
- Mutual Funds
- Complex Equity Options
- Monitor and research client trading activity
- Customer valuations, pricing and data quality control
- Current in-depth knowledge and experience with the Broadridge BPS functionality
Qualifications
- Self-clearing Broker Dealer or Custodian experience
- Operational controls and oversight monitoring
- Risk management or audit experience
- Professionally reply to internal and external inquiries
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word / Enhanced Excel (V-Lookup, Macro)
- FINRA Series 99 registration or higher, preferred.

- 5 days onsite, New York, NY
- Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm
