Position Summary
We are currently looking for an Operations Analyst to support Securities Operations and focus on client relationships and end-to-end trade lifecycle including middle and back-office support across products such as Asset Backed, preferred, equity linked options.
Requirements
- Familiar with front end trading systems such as a portfolio system or Bloomberg
- FX and foreign settlement exposure
- Swaps / Derivatives / Futures
- Repos / Reverse Repos
- Broker CD’s
- Valuations to DTCC for compliance with CFTC regulations
- Current in-depth knowledge of Calypso Front Office Solutions functionality
Qualifications
- Self-clearing Broker Dealer or Custodian experience
- Operational controls and oversight monitoring
- Risk management or audit experience
- Professionally reply to internal and external inquiries
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word / Enhanced Excel (V-Lookup, Macro)
- FINRA Series 99 registration or higher, preferred.
Workplace setting and schedule
- 5 days onsite, New York, NY
- Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm
