This role offers unlimited income potential for a top producer. Our high-performing Independent Sales Representatives earn commissions based on net sales.

Experience representing fashion, contemporary, or sports-lifestyle brands is preferred, as you will represent one of the world’s premier eyewear manufacturers with a diverse portfolio of brands.
Job Responsibilities
- Solicit and secure orders for Safilo USA product lines within the assigned geographical area.
- Grow market demand for the Safilo portfolio by managing and expanding a collection of customer accounts.
- Act as a business consultant by providing expertise on product knowledge, merchandising, and programs.
- Deliver volume and net-sales objectives across the full Safilo product portfolio.
- Drive growth through the implementation of the sustainable Safilo Sales Model with strategic customers.
- Develop and maintain an effective call cycle to achieve the desired service frequency required to meet sales objectives.
- Ensure brand visual-merchandising standards are upheld and effectively utilize POP materials.
- Conduct regular customer-staff trainings to reinforce product knowledge and ensure consistent brand-positioning messaging to patients/consumers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers while partnering with the local sales team to prospect and acquire new accounts.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, a positive attitude, and a motivated, process-oriented approach with high attention to detail.
