Saffire, located inside the historic Factory at Franklin, is known for upscale Southern cuisine, warm hospitality, and a lively bar scene that blends timeless classics with local flair. We’re currently seeking a skilled and charismatic bartender to join our front-of-house team.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft high-quality cocktails and pour a well-balanced mix of local beers, wines, and spirits
- Provide attentive, welcoming service to guests at the bar and in the dining room
- Collaborate with the bar and restaurant team to maintain cleanliness, efficiency, and consistency
- Maintain product knowledge of our evolving cocktail menu, local partnerships, and seasonal features
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or upscale bar
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and local/regional spirits
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
