New York’s famed Pastis, a longtime hot spot known for its Parisian fare from James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Stephen Starr and Keith McNally, has made its way to the Music City.
Located in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, Pastis Nashville features many of the beloved elements that define the iconic brand—a classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors, all illuminated by the warm glow of Pastis’ signature golden lighting.
We’re seeking Bartenders with strong wine knowledge and experience crafting classic and contemporary cocktails with care, consistency, and pride.

Who You Are:

2 years of bartending experience in upscale, high-volume restaurants

Deep understanding of wine varietals and cocktail techniques
-
Strong guest interaction skills and a warm, professional demeanor

Team-oriented and eager to grow within the company

Knowledge of French-inspired cocktails is a plus
