- Assist with jobsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification
- Support enforcement of OSHA safety standards and site-specific requirements
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Assist with incident reporting and documentation
- Monitor work activities to ensure safe work practices are followed
- Support safety documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking
- Work closely with safety leadership and field teams to promote a strong safety culture
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of construction safety experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Interest in heavy civil construction safety
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in an active construction environment
