We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse, ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Duties
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders
- Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products accurately for delivery or transfer
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks
- Manage stock levels through proper stocking, order picking, and packing procedures aligned with warehouse distribution standards
- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records in real time
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and best practices in warehouse operations
