- Assemble Safety Rail Company products per prints using hand/power tools
- Utilize technology for processing jobs and communication
- Clocking, Inventory, Job Completion
- Safely operate machinery in work cell when needed
- Saw, mill, visual warning line machine
- Assist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base
- Mandatory overtime when business conditions require it
- Adherence to the attendance policy
- All other duties as required
- This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (75-100 lbs.) and perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sitting, walking, twisting, and standing regularly. Must have good dexterity to operate hand tools and must also have normal vision with or without corrective lenses.
- Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to various conditions, including loud noise and hot temperatures..
- Professionalism: Conduct yourself in a professional, safe, and businesslike manner while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Reliability: Can make the daily commute to Spring Park, MN and maintain good attendance.
- Pre-employment Requirements: Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, full panel drug screening, and physical work simulation.
- Training: Completion of necessary training requirements provided by SRC.
