What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at SAFETY RAIL COMPANY LLC?
The Inside Sales Representative reports to the Business Manager and is responsible for establishing business relationships, supporting sales for Distributors, Dealers, and other business entities, and consistently interacting with SRC customers to assess needs and suggest appropriate solutions. This role also involves utilizing NetSuite software to manage leads and opportunities, collaborating with the Regional Sales Team, and working closely with the Senior Sales Director and Marketing team to develop marketing tools and training programs.
• Reports to and work closely with Business Manager to establish business relationships and support sales for Distributors, Dealers, and other business entities that provide value and revenue for SRC
• Consistently interact directly with SRC customers to assess needs and suggest appropriate solutions and services
• Effectively utilize NetSuite software to manage leads and opportunities in real time while performing best practice behaviors and necessary sales tasks (quotes, sales orders, relevant documentation/note taking, appropriate completion of purchase orders, and processing quotes)
• Work directly with Business Manager and Regional Sales Team to manage sales and provide daily sales support
• Attention to detail will be critical in this role with consistent effort and diligence paid to appropriate management of a thorough and clear sales process
• Work closely with Senior Sales Director and Marketing team to develop marketing tools and help to build training programs for new hires, customer engagement, and new products and processes.
• Identify potential Enterprise Account opportunities and immediately bring in EA team for collaboration
• Positively promote SRC brand and represent the company with good character and fair and honest business practices
• Complete quarterly plans and goals and review with Business Manager
• 4 College degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Prior inside sales/outstanding customer service experience.
• Candidate must be local to and will work in the Spring Park, MN facility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport over the phone and virtually.

• Regular in-office attendance required.
• Self-Motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
• Prior CRM Experience, preferred.
• Prior experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) or Construction/Building Materials Industry, preferred.
• ERP experience, Oracle NetSuite preferred.
• Complete necessary training requirements (OSHA 10 and OSHA30), provided by SRC .
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
