Role Description The Travel Safety Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Untied States of America, responsible for overseeing safety practices for employees who travel or work at client and field locations. The Travel Safety Manager will monitor and evaluate travel-related risks, create and update safety protocols, and coordinate with project teams to integrate safety planning into day-to-day operations. - Candidates should possess skills in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Accident Investigation to lead incident reporting, analyze causal factors, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Experience in travel risk management, field safety, or safety management within construction, industrial, or related sectors is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and coach employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop safety procedures, conduct audits, and manage multiple sites or projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CHST, OHST) are a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to field and client locations as required.
