Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Swim Instructor located in South Plainfield, NJ. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for teaching swim lessons, ensuring the safety of all participants, and fostering a positive learning environment. The role involves working with swimmers of various ages and skill levels to help them achieve their swimming goals.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Swim Instruction and Swim Lessons
- Strong Swimming and Aquatics skills
- Experience in Lifeguarding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with swimmers of all ages and skill levels
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent
