Hours: Part-time | 20-25 hours/week

What You'll Be Doing
- Teach engaging swim lessons using the SafeSplash® curriculum
- Build strong, supportive relationships with students and their families
- Monitor and track student attendance and skill progression
- Keep pool areas clean and safe at all times
- Engage in team training, coaching, and growth opportunities
- Confident swimmer (you'll need to pass a swim test)
- Strong communicator with a positive, team-first attitude
- Reliable and available for at least 3 consistent shifts per week
- Passionate about working with children and making a difference
- Committed to a 12-month minimum employment
- Open to a 30-90 day trial period before permanent placement
