Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects, coordinating with Product, GTM, and Support teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of operational and strategic initiatives.
- Create and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for leadership and cross-departmental teams.
- Drive process standardization and documentation to support organizational growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on strategy, operations, or process improvement.
- Advanced project management skills, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage diverse teams.
- Experience working with Product, GTM, or Support teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, ambiguous setting.
- Experience with operational scaling in tech or startup environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Monday.com).
- Knowledge of GTM strategies or product development cycles.
- Experience in the self-storage and/or insurance industry.
