Here's the updated Restoration Production Lead post — copy and paste ready:
RESTORATION PRODUCTION LEAD Water & Mold Remediation | Shrewsbury, MA (serving Worcester & Canton) Full-Time | $62,000–$65,000 quarterly performance bonus
WHO WE ARE
We are a growing water damage remediation and rebuild company serving residential and commercial clients across the Worcester and Canton, MA markets. We handle everything from emergency mitigation through full reconstruction. As we scale, we're adding a Restoration Production Lead to own the field operations side of our mitigation and remediation work.
THE ROLE
You'll lead our restoration crews in the field — running water damage, mold remediation, and mitigation jobs from start to finish. You're the person crews look to on site and the one clients hear from when something needs to be communicated. You'll work closely with ownership and our Rebuild PM to make sure jobs hand off cleanly between mitigation and reconstruction.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be in the field every day, not behind a desk.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Lead field crews on water damage, mold remediation, and mitigation jobs day to day
- Manage job timelines and ensure crews are on schedule across active projects
- Conduct site assessments, document conditions, and communicate findings to ownership
- Ensure all work meets scope, quality standards, and drying/remediation protocols
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients during the mitigation phase
- Coordinate equipment placement, monitoring, and removal on drying jobs
- Identify scope changes in the field and flag them before work proceeds
- Maintain thorough photo documentation and job notes on every project
- Reduce rework — if something isn't right, catch it before the client does
- Support clean handoffs to the Rebuild PM when mitigation is complete
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- IICRC certification (WRT required; ASD, AMRT strongly preferred)
- 3 years of hands-on water damage mitigation or mold remediation experience
- Experience leading or supervising a field crew — you know how to keep people moving and accountable
- Strong understanding of drying science, containment, and remediation protocols
- Comfortable communicating with clients on-site — calm, professional, and clear under pressure
- Organized — you document jobs thoroughly and don't let details fall through
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $55,000–$65,000 annual salary based on experience and certifications
- Quarterly performance bonus of up to $2,000 based on job completion rate, rework reduction, and client satisfaction — paid beginning at 90 days. Hit all three gates every quarter and you're looking at up to $8,000 in additional annual compensation.
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
- Paid time off and holidays
- Health benefits
- Support for additional IICRC certifications
