The First Aid & Safety Solutions Representative is a route based First Aid & Safety service and sales professional who will proactively support existing customers and help them maintain a safe, compliant workplace. This role combines service, periodic maintenance, customer education, light sales, and territory growth, with the purpose of strengthening customer safety programs across your region. You’ll operate a company vehicle to service accounts, restock safety supplies, perform routine equipment checks, and identify opportunities to improve each customer’s safety readiness through additional products and services.

What you'll do!
Customer Service & Route Operations
- Efficiently and accurately service assigned customer route using a company vehicle.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their environment and serving as a trusted advisor on first aid and workplace safety.
- Restock first aid cabinets, PPE, AED supplies, and related safety products.
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment (AEDs, eyewash stations, first aid cabinets, etc).
- Ensure inventory accuracy, delivery timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, compliant service vehicle.
- Update and maintain customer account records as required in an accurate and timely manner.
Sales, Education & Growth
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate safety products or services.
- Upsell and cross-sell solutions that improve safety readiness and ensure compliance.
- Share relevant product information and safety updates to customers.
- Identify opportunities for new customers along your route. Conduct brief introductions, leave materials and partner on sales lead opportunities with the outside sales team as needed.
- Participate in local outreach or safety events as needed.
What We're Looking For!
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous route service, delivery, customer service or field based role required.
- Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and work hands on with safety products and equipment.
- Experience with Fishbowl order management system for order scanning is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset and curiosity to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Exceptional personal initiative and desire to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Get!
- Base wage plus commission - OTE of $75,000 - $100,000 based on sales performance
