Position Summary
Safe Haven Security is seeking a dedicated Inventory Specialist to join our organization. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and accurate data management. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between multiple departments while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer service.
In this role you will:
- Support the inventory needs of 800 technicians across the country
- Answer and resolve inventory questions or discrepancies in a timely manner
- Daily tracking of data & reports as directed by supervisor or needs of the department
- Count & record equipment inventory in stock room
- Complete daily replenishment accurately and efficiently
- Research purchase orders and follow up with Technicians, Managers, and Vendors to reconcile them

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate effective time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage high-volume workload
- High level of accuracy and proficiency with data entry across multiple systems
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Eager and willing attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to team objectives
