Experienced Inside Sales Professional (Elevated, Performance-Driven) 

Key Partnerships Division 

In-Office | Safe Haven Security 

 

A More Efficient Sales Environment for Top Performers 

 

Most sales roles require you to: 

• Prospect 

• Chase low-quality leads 

• Spend time creating your own pipeline

Through key partnerships with national vendors and brands, we generate a consistent flow of warm, inbound opportunities. 

 

That means: 

• You’re not cold calling 

• You’re not starting from zero 

• You’re stepping into conversations already in motion 

The Role 

This is a concierge-style, consultative approach—not transactional selling. 

 

You’re guiding customers through: 

     • Smart home solutions 

     • Security offerings 

     • Service packages tailored to their needs 

 

The better you are at communication conversion, the more you earn. 

 

Compensation 

  • Base pay uncapped commission  
  • Most reps: $100K–$150K   
  • Top performers earn significantly more 
  • No cap. No ceiling.  

Your income reflects your performance.

From there, it’s more of a concierge-style experience. You’re helping guide them through different options, making recommendations, and ultimately advising what makes the most sense for their home.

$115,000 - $140,000
