Job Summary

The Business Development Project Manager leads cross-functional initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency, reporting visibility, and customer communication at scale. This role coordinates internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to plan and execute the company CRM program, improve workflows and processes, manage budgets, and track performance. The ideal candidate brings strong project management, communication, and analytical skills to keep priorities aligned, resolve issues quickly, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Strategy & Alignment: Define program goals and build CRM roadmaps across target audiences, ensuring all activities support business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the primary point of contact across internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on schedule and messaging aligned.
  • Process Optimization: Improve operational processes by using HubSpot and Total Ops workflows, SOP updates, and shared platform documentation to shorten campaign timelines and remove resource bottlenecks. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain clear communication.
  • HubSpot CRM: Manage program workflows and project queues using HubSpot, assign tasks, monitor progress, and effectively prioritize multiple deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Sales Training: Maintain an organized, up-to-date library of program materials, resources, and reporting for company-wide access. Assist with new business development manager onboarding and sales systems training.
  • HubSpot Campaign & Lifecycle Management: Develop, launch, and monitor integrated marketing initiatives across email, digital advertising, content, and lead-nurturing workflows.
  • Database & Audience Segmentation: Partner with CEO and Sales team to segment databases and deliver targeted, persona-based messaging to the right audiences.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Set benchmarks, maintain dashboards, and analyze campaign performance to generate insights and improve future go-to-market strategies.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Assist with forecasting for annual and quarterly sales budgets; tracking CRM cost efficiency and program ROI.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use business systems and workflow tools effectively.
  • Ability to interpret reports, maintain documentation, and use data to support planning and decision-making.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 2-8 hours per day.
  • Ability to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer 2-8 hours per day.
  • Ability to hear, speak, and read printed and digital materials.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks involving frequent standing, sitting, walking, typing, and writing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, business development support, sales operations, or a related field required.
  • Must pass required pre-employment screening, including a background check.
  • Must be willing to travel to corporate office to support business needs.
  • Must meet onboarding, training, and performance expectations during the 60-day introductory employment period.
