DATA ENTRY2830 Wade Hampton Blvd,Unit 27 Taylors SCFull time /Part time $23-$25/Hour POSITION OVERVIEW: Performs a range clerical support functions for SAFE HARBOR This position works with other accounting staff assisting in entering information into an accounting system and ensuring transparency and efficiency in all accounting transactions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESEnters customer payments into the Company’s’ databaseEnters credit memos into the company’s databaseProvides suppliers and customers account information and resolutions for discrepanciesAssists with credit and collections for past due invoicesProcesses routes customer depositsPrepares bank depositsAssists with scanning invoices and credit memosMaintains digital and physical financial recordsAssists with other purchasing tasksAssists with quarterly and annual audits document retrieval from archivingAssists with other assigned dutiesPerforms receptionist duties as neededPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEIntermediate Excel skillsMinimum 1 to 2 years' experience as data entry clerkHigh School graduateExperience with entering information into an Accounting systemGood interpersonal and organizational skills.Excellent communication and written skills.Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures preferredGood math skills and the ability to spot numerical errorsAbility to handle sensitive, confidential information Job Type: Full-Time/Part time position, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pmWhat’s Next?!Submit your application today!
