This is not a starter role. We are looking for a seasoned attorney who is comfortable with a client facing, consultation driven practice, works well within structured systems, and is motivated by performance based upside. All leads, support staff, and training are fully provided so attorneys can focus on what matters most, serving clients.
Our firm’s Client Engagement Team is founded on the belief that estate planning and lifetime planning should provide families with peace of mind through a clear, simplified, and supportive process. We are seeking the right fit candidate to guide clients through some of life’s most important and often emotional decisions, combining strong legal judgment with empathy, confidence, and clarity. Hands on experience in elder law, long term care planning, Medicaid applications, and guardianship matters is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initial client consultations, helping individuals and families understand their estate planning, probate, trust administration, elder law, and guardianship options and confidently choose appropriate solutions.
  • Serve as a core member of the Client Engagement Team, converting qualified leads into clients through an educational, values based consultation process.
  • Maintain strong consultation outcomes, client satisfaction, and engagement expectations across all service areas.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and leadership to ensure a smooth client experience from onboarding through implementation.
  • Provide legal insight and oversight on complex matters when needed, including elder law and guardianship related issues, with minimal drafting required and dedicated drafting support provided.
  • Support firm growth by delivering consistent, high quality client interactions aligned with the firm’s mission and values.
Qualifications
  • Active Florida Bar license required.
  • Minimum five years of legal practice, with at least five years of estate planning experience.
  • Probate, trust administration, elder law, and guardianship experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands on experience with Medicaid applications and long term care planning is a significant plus.
  • Strong client facing consultation skills, experience in a high volume environment preferred.
  • Confident and compassionate communicator who can guide clients through complex and emotional decisions.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence, listening skills, and professional judgment.
  • High personal integrity and a commitment to exceptional client service.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary with uncapped performance based bonuses.
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits offered.
  • 401(k) with employer match.
  • Paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • Role appropriate hybrid flexibility balanced with an in office, client centered practice.
  • A collaborative culture where clients are engaged through service, education, and relationship building, not pressure.
  • The opportunity to make a measurable impact on both clients’ lives and the firm’s continued growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely people focused.
  • A confident guide and educator who helps clients move from uncertainty to clarity and action.
  • Comfortable making thoughtful recommendations and leading client conversations toward informed decisions.
  • A collaborative senior attorney who enjoys contributing to team success and firm growth.
