I am working with a top-tier AMLaw firm seeking an International Estate Planning Attorney with 5 years of experience in cross-border estate, tax, and wealth transfer planning. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate, Counsel, or Partner-level attorney to join a sophisticated private clients practice serving U.S. and international individuals and families. Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
Required Experience:
- Advising U.S. clients with foreign assets, foreign beneficiaries, and non-U.S. citizen spouses.
- Advising clients on expatriation, pre-immigration planning, and international tax-efficient ownership structures.
- Advising foreign individuals investing in the U.S., including real estate acquisitions and wealth transfer planning.
- Drafting estate planning documents for domestic and international clients and coordinating with foreign counsel.
- Administering estates involving foreign assets and cross-border issues.
- Advising on U.S. reporting requirements related to foreign investments, entities, trusts, gifts, and transfers.
Required Qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active FL Bar membership in good standing
- 5 years of sophisticated international estate planning experience
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and client counseling skills
