I'm partnering with a nationally recognized Am Law firm that is looking to add a Senior Associate (8th-year ), Counsel, or Income Partner to its highly regarded Private Clients, Trusts & Estates practice. Estimated compensation: $350,000–$500,000, plus bonus opportunities, commensurate with experience.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced estate planning attorney seeking sophisticated work with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held business owners. You'll play a key role on complex, multi-generational planning matters while also independently managing your own client matters.
What you'll be doing:
- Advising family offices, entrepreneurs, and multigenerational families on sophisticated wealth transfer strategies
- Designing and implementing advanced lifetime and estate planning techniques
- Analyzing complex income, estate, gift, GST, and fiduciary tax issues
- Leading client matters from strategy through execution
- Supervising junior attorneys and mentoring team members
- Building lasting client relationships while having the opportunity to expand your own practice
Required Qualifications:
- Barred in MA, active and in good standing
- 8 years of sophisticated Trusts & Estates experience
- Strong technical knowledge of transfer tax planning
- Experience managing complex client matters and leading project teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills
