Pay & Schedule
Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (depending on experience and client needs)

Job Summary
As a Personal Care Attendant-Caregiver, you will provide vital non-medical assistance to clients in their homes. Your support allows seniors and individuals with disabilities to remain comfortably in their residences.
Core Responsibilities include:
- Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
- Mobility: Help with transferring, positioning, and ambulation.
- Daily Support: Meal planning/preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and medication reminders.
- Companionship: Engaging in conversation, assisting with correspondence, and providing transportation for shopping or errands.
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documents.
Required for Onboarding (Safe Harbor will guide you through this!):
- Active HCA (Home Care Aide) Number and clearance on the California State Registry.
- Current Tuberculosis (TB) clearance (within the last 90 days or 2 years depending on type).
- Completed Criminal Record Statement (LIC 508) and Personnel Record (LIC 501).
- Signed Statement of Mandated Reporter status (SOC 341A).
- Completion of the required 5-hour entry-level orientation training prior to starting with clients.
