Faith-Based Residential Ministry

Safe Harbor Boys’ Home is a faith-based residential program serving teenage boys through structure, mentorship, and discipleship. We exist to help young men develop character, responsibility, and purpose through Christ-centered living, strong boundaries, and a supportive community. Our team members are mission-driven individuals who believe in discipline with grace and the power of consistent, relational investment to change lives.

Overview

Every vessel needs a steady hand at the helm — at Safe Harbor Boys’ Home, that role belongs to our Houseparents.

Houseparents live on campus or aboard Safe Harbor’s vessels, providing daily structure, mentorship, and spiritual guidance to teenage boys ages 14–17. This is not simply a job — it is a calling to live out your Christian faith through discipleship, accountability, and community life.

Houseparents walk alongside young men through everyday routines, challenges, and growth, modeling integrity, responsibility, and grace in a Christ-centered environment.
