Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Safety Specialist, located in Midland, TX with some work from home accepted. The Safety Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including implementing health and safety protocols, conducting environmental health and safety (EHS) assessments, and overseeing occupational health measures. Additional responsibilities include conducting safety training sessions, leading accident investigations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Health & Safety and Occupational Health
- Experience with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) protocols and practices
- Proficiency in conducting Safety Training and leading Accident Investigations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
