We specialize in delivering tailored designs and consultative services that enhance fixed operations flow, throughput, longevity, and profitability. Our primary focus is to serve dealer clients with a white-glove approach and guide them through the decision-making process as they build, renovate, or expand automotive fixed-operations facilities. We are seeking a motivated and experienced consultative sales consultant to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview:
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. This role supervises accounting staff, provides leadership within the accounting department, improves accounting systems/processes, and creates efficiency initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
- Perform month-end closing processes
- Prepare monthly accounting and reporting package at established deadlines
- Perform check runs and initiate ACH transactions
- Ensure proper submittal of monthly sales tax returns (multiple states)
- Monthly reconciliation
- Oversee AP and AR activities
- Supervise, develop, and mentor accounting team members
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Assist with audit requests
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance metrics
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Perform journal entries (payroll accrual, balance sheet adjustments)

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years accounting experience
- 2 years supervisory or management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Must be authorized to work in US
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
