We are seeking a reliable and safe driver to add to our expanding fleet. The ideal candidate will have superior communication, organizational & driving skills. This is an independent contractor role, you will receive a 1099 and will be using your OWN VEHICLE registered to you, with full coverage insurance for this position. NON-NEGOTIABLE. This position is a 40 hours a week Mon-Fri.
Duties:
***Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatchers & riders/members.
***Ensure timely transportation of patients to their designated medical facilities. There are penalties for not arriving on time!!
***Keeping your vehicle maintained, your vehicle is your office. It MUST be clean inside and out and in optimal running condition.
***Be able to work remotely and perform your duties independently and with a high level of professionalism and success.
Skills:
***Must have a valid Wisconsin driver's license & registration.
***Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
***Time management skills are imperative.
***Familiarity with apps used for route planning and navigation.
***Must be a self starter that's able to manage your day in a timely and accurate manner.
***There will be a background check conducted prior to hiring you. This consists of a drug test you MUST pass, along with any criminal or misdemeanor offenses you have received. Also, a motor vehicle record will be obtained showing any speeding tickets, accidents etc.
Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per day
