- Draft and prepare proposals, presentations, and other business documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate the proposal development process, including gathering necessary information and collaborating with team members.
- Maintain organized records of proposals, contracts, and other important documents.
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases and software systems.
- Proficiency in utilizing a range of software tools and platforms to streamline the proposal development process, enhance collaboration with team members, and produce high-quality proposal deliverables.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Experience drafting proposals or business documents preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required.
- Full-time, in-person position based in Walnut Creek, CA.
- Hourly pay with annual compensation ranging from $55,000–$65,000, depending on hours worked and performance.
