The Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Ecommerce Sales Assistant to join our team at our Port Washington headquarters. This is an exciting entry-level role, ideal for someone who is data driven and eager to learn the ins and outs of the furniture industry.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Build and launch new product listings across multiple retail accounts
- Own ongoing product updates, including pricing, imagery, and video assets
- Manage, audit, and troubleshoot product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining digital catalogs across various retail accounts
- Regularly review retail partner sites to confirm product information is current and correct
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Support client communication by providing timely, professional responses
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Compensation:
- $25.00/ hour commission
- Benefits – 401k (with 2% match), medical, vision, dental, paid holiday, vacation and sick time
- Company shuttle service available to transport commuters to/from the Port Washington LIRR station
