Overview
The Account Executive (AE) will drive new partnerships with senior living communities including Assisted Living (AL), Independent Living (IL), Memory Care (MC), and CCRC communities within assigned North DFW territories (Denton, Collin, Rockwall). This role focuses on securing long-term program partnerships for expert-led fitness programs tailored specifically for seniors by opening doors, and engaging decision-makers within our focus communities.
Key Responsibilities
This is a field-based role requiring daily in-person visits across senior living communities in primarily Denton County, possible extending to Collin and Rockwall counties.
- Identify, prospect, and engage senior living communities within assigned territories.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with Executive Directors, Wellness/Activities Directors, and Regional Ops leaders.
- Conduct structured discovery visits and present program capabilities.
- Coordinate on-site demo classes with certified trainers.
- Execute a disciplined outreach cadence: calls, emails, walk-ins, follow-ups.
- Track all activities, opportunities, and metrics in CRM.
- Attend senior care networking events, chamber meetings, and industry gatherings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly community acquisition targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in senior living, home health, hospice, therapy, wellness, or B2B partnership development.
- Warm, credible, relationship-driven communicator.
- Comfortable with in-person outreach and cold introductions.
- Understands the senior living decision-making ecosystem.
- Purpose-driven, compassionate, and aligned with senior wellness impact.
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple prospects across a field territory.
- Proficient in CRM usage and follow-up discipline.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel frequently within their assigned geography.

Compensation & Structure
- Salary: Base Commission
- Commission: Per-new-community activation bonus, gross monthly assigned account billing, and quarterly performance incentives.
- Mileage reimbursement for territory travel.
- Ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Reports directly to the Franchise Owner/Managing Director.
