Safahla Medical is seeking a visionary, collaborative, and entrepreneurial Physician Assistant to help build the foundation of our luxury Concierge/Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice in Corning, NY.
The Core Mission: Build & Scale DPC
This is a rare opportunity to join a medical start-up at the ground floor. Your primary objective will be to partner with the Founder to develop the Direct Primary Care arm of the practice.
We are looking for a "builder" who:
- Is willing to work hands-on to grow the practice's patient base and refine clinical workflows.
- Enjoys the start-up environment—where flexibility, collaboration, and a "can-do" attitude are essential.
- Understands the high-end/luxury patient experience, prioritizing time and personalized care over volume.
- Sees themselves growing with Safahla Medical into a long-term leadership or full-time role.
Advanced Clinical Training: While your foundation is Primary/Urgent care, you will be mentored in specialized fields. You will learn and assist with Integrative, Regenerative, Hormonal, and Aesthetic care, as well as advanced clinical procedures.

Qualifications
- Solid clinical foundation (Primary or Urgent Care preferred).
- Early-to-mid career professional eager to learn new, modern medical modalities.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on high-touch patient service.
- Proficiency in patient evaluation, physical examinations, and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Strong skills in medical record documentation and maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative medical environment.
- Knowledge of holistic and patient-centered care principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient education and interaction.
- Current and valid NY Physician Assistant certification and licensure.
- ACLS & BLS (Advanced Cardiovascular and Basic Life Support) certifications; additional clinical certifications are a plus.
Compensation & Growth
