The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, experience with CNC setups, and the capability to support the shift supervisor in their absence. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of CNC operators during the 2nd shift.
- Perform CNC machine setups and ensure proper operation.
