Customer Service Representative
Location: Johnson Creek, WI
Schedule: Monday through Friday, possibly some weekends
Pay Range: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Are you an experienced customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Saelens LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Johnson Creek team. This mid-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure exceptional service.
As a key liaison between our customers and internal teams, you will manage customer accounts, oversee order fulfillment, resolve issues, and help ensure customer commitments are met from order entry through delivery.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
- Enter, monitor, and manage customer orders to ensure accurate processing and on-time delivery
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, lead times, and potential delays
- Coordinate closely with Production, Shipping, Purchasing, and Quality teams to support customer needs
- Process returns, credits, and related customer documentation
- Issue warehouse picks and communicate priority or expedited order requirements
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, and service issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systemsKeep Customers Moving—and Manufacturing on Track
- Analyze customer requests and identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Assist with customer account reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the training and development of less experienced customer service team members as needed
Requirements
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of customer service, account management, or inside sales experience
- Manufacturing, industrial, or technical customer service experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/business management systems
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
- Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
