$30.00 - $35.00 per hour base depending on technical skill level
2nd shift - $1 premium

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Supervisor to join our team. As a CNC Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all CNC machines are operating efficiently and effectively, and supervising a team of CNC operators.
CNC Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of CNC operators to ensure that production goals are met
- Monitor and maintain the quality of products produced by the CNC machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met
- Train new CNC operators on machine operation and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenance
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming preferred
Strong knowledge of CNC machines and programming languages
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
