Job description:
Saeedian Law Group is a leading personal injury law firm located in Beverly Hills serving clients in Los Angeles and throughout California. We are seeking an experienced candidate to serve as a Litigation Paralegal, responsible for providing support to attorneys at all stages of litigation matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Willingness to work overtime if needed
- Proficiency in Federal and State filing and service procedures, as well as court rules
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail
- Must be detail orientated, organized with excellent follow through in order to meet multiple deadlines. Candidate must have excellent communication and writing skills
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain electronic filing of pleadings
- Manage and coordinate attorney calendars
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests, review relevant documents, and conduct legal research
- Draft various legal documents, including subpoenas, complaints, summons, and discovery materials
- File lawsuits and draft motions
- Assist in compiling trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions, and trials
Spanish speaking is a plus
Salary based on experience.
