Associate Attorney

Job description:

Saeedian Law Group is a prestigious personal Injury law firm located in Beverly Hills. We are seeking a Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience. The candidate should have experience drafting and editing pleadings, briefs and written discovery. Experience preparing for and conducting depositions, and preparing for trial, is preferred. Candidate must have CA Bar admission.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to ongoing litigation cases
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with colleagues and experts to build strong cases
• Maintain accurate and organized case files
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Experience:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the jurisdiction
• Proven experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on civil litigation
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Familiarity with legal drafting and court procedures
• Proficiency in using legal research platforms such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time, in-person

Pay: $90,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
