Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of machines and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Adjust machine settings as necessary to achieve desired tolerances and finishes.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing preferred.
• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
