In this role, you will oversee the setup and operation of press brake machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the setup of our Amada press brakes, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
• Oversee the setup, calibration, and operation of press brake machines.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for press brake operations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product specifications are met.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operations.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and machine maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or manufacturing preferred.
• Proven experience in press brake operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a high-performing fabrication facility.
• Strong understanding of press brake machinery and tooling.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
