This is a hands-on, paid training position designed for someone interested in a professional mentorship program that will include real world business experience. They will experience a cross functional collaboration while learning through hands on exposure to the trading and operational side of a commodity-based business.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Prolonged periods standing.
• Ability to maintain single task focus and situational awareness.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and moving the entire body. This will include balancing, lifting, walking, stooping, and carrying materials.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and tolerate exposure to the elements of the environment: hot and cold, smells and noises unique to the plant.
This person will also need a valid driver's license and good driving record.
