Provide Administrative Support For The Weekend Experience

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide Administrative Support For The Weekend Experience
- Assist in scheduling all weekend experience leaders and volunteers
- Assist in communication with weekend experience teams
- Fielding, screening, transferring or routing calls as needed and arrange "callbacks"
- Training and overseeing Reception Volunteers for weekend experience
- Take part in staff meetings to ensure proper follow-through
- Handles special administrative projects
- Arrange and sort mail and perform clerical like functions: photocopying, printing, mailing, and filing
- Assist with ordering of equipment, furniture and signage for weekend experience
- Correspondence with all outside vendors for special events
- Produce content, diagrams and strategic plans for special events
- Develop follow-through plan for all special events
- Work closely with the Lake Forest Accounting Team to:
- Access and help update campus budget as required
- Assist in the preparation of reports
- A committed Christian and a regular participant of Saddleback Church
- Computer skills (Mac & PC)
- Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Quick learner and nimble with technology
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, clients, and vendors
- Strong communication skills and commitment to good interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and support of church ministries
- Pleasant personality and ability to maintain confidentiality
