Ministry experience is not necessary, but it is helpful for this position. Knowledge, experience, and understanding of children from birth through Grade 6 and the Saddleback Church culture are required.

The estimated pay rate for this position is $18.00-$19.00 per hour. We will provide a pay rate within our salary structure that fits a candidate’s qualifications and experience for the job. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Weekend & Kids Small Groups (KSG): Responsible for the weekly set-up and tear-down of the Saddleback Kids classrooms. Assist the campus Saddleback Kids Director as needed to provide and prepare items needed to support the weekend and KSG programs each week.
- Leadership: Coordinate volunteers to serve during the weekend and KSG programs.
- Community/Team Events: Work with the campus Saddleback Kids Director to assist at special events.
- Administrative: Respond daily to emails and texts and complete timecards. Attend weekly campus staff meetings and meetings with the SK Director and Saddleback Kids Team.
- This is a part time (20 hours per week) position.
