Job Description:

· Oversee and manage the outpatient team to ensure smooth operation and the delivery of quality care.
· Ensure that all services are provided in compliance with the policies and procedures of Sacred Heart and our regulating agencies.
· Oversee and manage the requirements of the Opioid Home Health program (OHH), Macomb County jail programming, and recovery home.
· Participate as a member of the clinical leadership team in the planning and implementation of program development and marketing.
Education/Skills:
· Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in clinical psychology, social work, or counseling required.
· Certified as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) and as a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) or eligible to file a development plan required.
· Full Clinical license (LLP, LMSW, LPC, LMFT) required.
· Clinical experience in treating substance use disorder with co-occurring conditions preferred.
· Physically able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for long periods, must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
