Sacramento NeuroPsych Associates provides comprehensive mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults. Our services include medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato (esketamine) therapy, and other evidence-based treatments. We are a growing practice with locations in Folsom and Rocklin.
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable TMS Technician to join our team. This role is primarily focused on supporting and administering TMS treatments, with additional responsibilities assisting with front desk operations and Spravato treatments as needed.
Responsibilities
* Administer and support TMS treatments under provider supervision
* Prepare and monitor patients during TMS sessions
* Assist with Spravato treatment sessions and patient monitoring
* Provide front desk support including answering phones, scheduling, and patient check-in
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a high level of patient care
* Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support daily operations
Qualifications
* Experience as a TMS Technician preferred
* TMS training or certification preferred (training may be provided)
* 1 year of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
* Familiarity with EHR systems and medical terminology preferred
* Willingness to travel between Folsom and Rocklin offices as needed
* High school diploma or equivalent
