We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our welcoming team. This position includes working AM and PM shifts. What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, providing exceptional service from the moment they make a reservation to the time they check out.
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and concerns with care and urgency—helping to make every stay smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, or other departments as needed.
- Promote and sell guest rooms, dining experiences, and seasonal hotel offers, helping guests make the most of their visit.
What We’re Looking For:
- Open availability for AM & PM shifts, including weekends & Holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of hotel front desk, guest service experience
- 1–2 years of customer service experience required
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification
- Relevant military experience is a plus
